3839 Drawing / Stamping Lubricant

This high-viscosity, non-chlorinated, sulfurized semisynthetic lubricant is crafted for extreme metal-forming operations involving carbon steel, silicon steel, and stainless steel. JTD 3839 includes extreme-pressure and anti-wear additives, offering exceptional anti-wear and anti-galling properties. It ensures extended tool and die life, provides in-process corrosion protection, and is easy to clean with aqueous parts-washing systems.

897-X Drawing Compound

JTD 897-X is a heavy-duty, mineral oil-based forming compound for stainless steel, kovar metal, and hard nickel alloys. It is ideal for high-stress metal-forming applications, including carbon steel, titanium, copper, brass, and Inconel. Its unique additives prevent viscosity breakdown and manage heat buildup, ensuring durable performance in challenging metal-forming operations.

21A Hydraulic Oil

JTD 21A is designed for modern hydraulic systems, offering superior protection against pump wear, rust prevention, and resistance to thermal oxidation. This lubricant is suitable for low- and high-pressure hydraulic systems, including vane, axial, piston, and gear-type pumps. Made from high-quality petroleum stock, it includes rust inhibitors, anti-foaming agents, and anti-wear additives to meet OEM requirements. JTD 848 Vanishing Oil

JTD 848 evaporates quickly and completely, leaving no oily residue—preventing interference with subsequent operations like applications of adhesives, paints, joint compounds, phosphates and blackening agents.
