A phosphate-free zirconium conversion coating formulated for outstanding corrosion inhibition, passivation, and superior coating adhesion on ferrous metals, aluminum, and galvanized substrates without the need for heat or the occurrence of sludge. 783LT provides superior coating adhesion and corrosion resistance to the applied paint finish over traditional phosphate formulations without the need for heat or the occurrence of sludge. 783LT is acceptable for almost any waste treatment facility or regional POTW.
473 Iron Phosphate / Detergent
This iron phosphate coating is enhanced with a detergent system for optimized use in recirculating spray washer operations. It provides reliable conversion coating performance, similar to our 472 formula, with effective cleaning for improved adhesion and corrosion resistance.
774 Iron Phosphate
A concentrated iron phosphatizing compound that eliminates the need for pH adjustments, making it easy to use in immersion or spray applications. It functions as a stand-alone third stage in five-stage systems, or as part of a three-stage system with a detergent booster for simultaneous cleaning and phosphatizing.
893 Zinc Phosphate Conversion Coating
Our high-concentrate zinc phosphate coating compound is adaptable for spray or immersion applications, producing robust coatings from 150 to over 2000 mgs/ft². Ideal for prepaint treatments, cold forming, and enhanced rust protection, it provides durable and versatile coatings for industrial use.
690 Zinc Phosphate
Pre-balanced for ease of use, this zinc phosphatizing compound is suitable for spray or immersion applications. It requires a pre-cleaner and works effectively on ferrous alloys, galvanized, and zinc surfaces, providing excellent prepaint adhesion and acting as a heavy phosphate, oil, and rust-absorptive treatment for long-term protection.
